Mezzanine floor removals are a growing part of our work. We have experience removing structures in steel, timber, concrete and even composite materials in specialist industries — and where possible we re-use or recycle the materials to lower both project cost and environmental impact.
A methodical dismantle
Floor boards come off first, then the steel structure is carefully dismantled in sequence. Once down, the mezzanine is transported to a recycling centre or into the secondary market for re-use — steel structures in particular hold excellent residual value.
Racking and warehouse clearance
We regularly clear complete warehouse interiors — mezzanines, racking and all — as part of enabling works and store closure packages, including twin warehouse units for Mercedes-Benz AMG Petronas Formula 1 at Brackley.
